In Tokyo, there are scrap merchants going around with a loud speaker collecting broken TVs, stereos and video players. They are quite loud and I think it is a sensitive issue of public and private spaces. In stead of this merchant collects broken TVs, in this work, an airplane collects weapons with the voice below.

大きな音でスピーカーから宣伝を流しながら住宅街を回り、壊れたテレビやステレオを回収する廃品回収業者の車の代わりに、飛行機が地球上の武器を回収してまわるという設定で、下記のようなアナウンスが流れる。
